The history of the Ladina apartments dates back to 1960, when the Sommavilla family began to approach the world of tourism, which was expanding at the time. With passion and tradition, they invested in properties dedicated to tourism with the idea of offering a dream: that holiday that everyone wanted to enjoy in one of the most beautiful places in Italy, Val di Fassa.

The ten apartments are located just 150 m from the Col Rodella cable car, in Strèda Dolomites 96 and 88, in a peaceful and charming place, ideal for families and for those who love the quiet of the mountains and woods.

All the family-run apartments are designed with modern but simple materials, respecting the typical alpine style of Ladin culture, where pine and fir wood, typical of the mountain resorts, reign together with the warm finishing; a thought turned to tradition, to maintain that continuity typical of Val di Fassa and its mountains.
